vThis audio yoga class has been devised specifically to introduce some of the postures and practices included in the Ashtanga Primary Series. It is suitable for those who are new to Ashtanga Yoga and familiar with basic yoga postures. It is the perfect introduction to this more challenging form of yoga.
The class includes Surya Namaskar A & B and a selection of acheivable standing and floor based held postures to help prepare body and mind for the Ashtanga Primary Series. The class has been devised and narrated by Rod Watson, who has been teaching yoga since 1988. Rod is a long-term practitioner of yoga meditation. His practise began 1972.
